This site works fully without tracking. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you choose "Accept all" in the banner. If you choose "Only necessary", nothing that can identify you is ever stored on your device or sent anywhere.
Your two choices
Accept all turns on the analytics and advertising services listed below, which use cookies to recognise a returning browser.
Only necessary keeps all of them off. The site behaves identically either way.
Strictly necessary storage
One item is stored in your browser regardless of your choice: the choice itself, saved in local storage as tirna-cookie-consent with a value of "granted" or "denied". Without it, the banner would reappear on every page. It contains nothing else and tracks nothing.
Anonymous measurement without cookies
We use Google Consent Mode. Until and unless you accept, the Google tag runs in a cookieless state: it stores nothing on your device and sends Google only anonymous signals, such as the fact that a page was viewed, which cannot be linked to you or to your browser across visits. Google uses these signals to give us aggregate estimates of traffic. Choosing "Only necessary" keeps it in this state permanently.

These set cookies only after you press "Accept all". Google Ads and the Meta Pixel are listed for completeness; they activate only when we run campaigns on those platforms.
Changing your mind
Clear this site's storage in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit, letting you choose differently.
Third-party content
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the file. No cookie is set by that request. WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn links only load their own content once you click through to them.
