Tirna Marketing ("we", "us") is a marketing consultancy operated by Milton von Hesse, based in Lima, Peru. This policy explains what happens to information you send us through tirnamarketing.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. That means your name, email address, website URL, ad spend range, preferred language and whatever you write in the message field. If you request a calculator breakdown or subscribe to field notes, we collect your email address alone.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not collect special category data.
How forms are handled
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, a third-party infrastructure provider, and are accessible only to Tirna Marketing through our internal management system. Supabase stores this data on its own servers under its own privacy policy. Along with the details you enter, we record the page the form was submitted from and, where present, standard campaign parameters from the URL (such as UTM tags) so we can tell how you found us.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you choose "Accept all" in the banner. If you accept, we may use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and campaigns are useful. If you choose "Only necessary", we receive only anonymous, cookieless signals through Google Consent Mode, which give us aggregate traffic estimates and cannot identify you. Your preference is stored in your own browser and you can change it by clearing your browser storage for this site. Full detail is in the cookie policy.
How we use your information
To reply to you, to prepare for a call, and to send anything you explicitly asked for. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@tirnamarketing.com and we will respond within one business day.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
